Therapy for High-Achievers, People-Pleasers, and the Chronically Tired

You’ve done everything right. You’re still f*cking tired. Let’s talk.

Welcome. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to witness you, challenge you, and walk with you through the mess and the magic.

Hi there, I’m Kristine

and I’m so glad you’re here.

I work with people who feel too much, give too much, and are tired of being told they’re just sensitive. I work with people who are done pretending everything’s fine.

Therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to sit back and nod. I’m here to walk with you through the discomfort, the truth-telling, and the growth. Together, we’ll unlearn survival patterns, reconnect with your real self, and finally let you take up space in your own life.

We’ll work toward breaking free from the coping strategies that no longer serve you, building real self-worth, and creating space for something deeper than just functioning. My role is to support you in reclaiming your wholeness and stepping into a life rooted in emotional freedom and authenticity.

You’re at a crossroads — and not the cute, metaphorical kind.

The kind that leaves you wondering: How the hell did I get here, and what now?

You might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Carrying pain that doesn’t belong to you. Questioning your relationship with substances, with people, or with yourself. Maybe you're just tired. Tired of pretending, performing, and trying to hold it all together.

Whatever brought you here, I want you to know this: You get to choose something different. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But honestly. And you don’t have to do it alone.

In our work together, we can:

  • Heal deep-rooted relationship and family wounds

  • Break out of patterns that keep pulling you back in

  • Build connections that actually feel nourishing

  • Reconnect with who you are, beneath the coping

This is a space where you don’t have to prove your pain, mask your anger, or pretend to be okay. This is where things start to shift.

What We Can Tackle Together

Therapy for Substance Use or the Sober-Curious Movement

You don’t have to call yourself an addict to wonder if your relationship with substances is off. Maybe you drink to cope. Maybe you party harder than you want to admit. Maybe you’re just sober curious and asking new questions.

I offer therapy that holds space for all of it.
Drawing from my own lived experience with sobriety, I’ll help you explore what works, what doesn’t, and what freedom could look like on your terms, no labels required.

Therapy for Life Transitions and Identity Shifts

You’ve hit a turning point. Maybe it’s burnout, a breakup, a move, a new diagnosis, or the slow realization that the life you built doesn’t actually fit you anymore.

If you’re an overachiever, a people-pleaser, or a highly sensitive person trying to stay afloat in a world that doesn’t make space for you. You don’t need to figure it out alone.

We’ll slow it down, look at what’s underneath the surface, and help you come home to yourself.

Therapy for Family-of-Origin and Relationship Trauma

Old wounds don’t just stay in the past. They show up in your relationships, your reactions, your body, your burnout.

Whether you’re untangling family dynamics, healing from relational trauma, or trying to understand why you keep playing the same roles, we’ll explore the roots and start rewriting the patterns.

This work is deep, but it doesn’t have to be lonely.

Not sure which one fits? Cool. Most of my clients show up somewhere in between. We’ll figure it out together.

Whether you're new to therapy or burned out from the last five attempts, you’re allowed to try again, with someone who keeps it real.

We can work together through individual therapy or ketamine-assisted work to actually get underneath the patterns and create change that sticks.

Reach out. Let’s make this round different.

You don’t need to hit rock bottom to want more for yourself.
